Click “Sign Up” on hmvod service and fill in the required information. Enter your mobile phone number as login ID and we will send the password to your registered mobile number via SMS.
For customers subscribed via 1010 or csl, you may click the button “click for sign up” next to the 1010/csl logo.
For customers subscribed via 3HK, 3 Broadband, China Unicom, you will receive the password via SMS upon you completed the service subscription. You can use it to login our service directly.
Click "login" and then enter your Login ID and password. Login ID is your registered mobile phone number and the password has been sent to your mobile via SMS. Please see "Forgot/Reset Password" part if you forgot your password.
Once login, you can browse and select the movies／programs you want to watch. You can either join free for a month or monthly plan to join as a subscriber to tap and watch "VIP UNLIMITED" programs and extra credits to select "CREDIT" programs. After you selected a service plan and enter your payment details, you can start watching the movie anytime anywhere.

During each service cycle, you can tap and watch "VIP UNILIMITED" programs freely. And we will add extra 60 credits to you on each service cycle start day that you can rent at least 2 latest released "CREDIT" programs in HD within a month. Please stay tune to our website for the update.
Please make sure that you shall finish all remaining credits or it will be forfeited after end of a service cycle and cannot be refunded.
You will not be charged until after your free trial ends, e.g. you start the free trial on 1 Aug and you can enjoy the free trial till 30 Aug.
There is no commitments for customers who "join free for a month", you can cancel the service anytime. For customers who subscribe via paypal at website/Android app, you may go to "Termination" page of "My Account" at our web site to terminate your service. For customers who subscribe via iTunes at iOS app, please follow the termination instruction at Apple App Store to terminate the subscription. Upon receive your termination request, we will terminate your service on the end date of the current service cycle. For example, your free trial period/ monthly plan starts from 1 Aug to 31 Aug and you send your termination request to us on 25 Aug, we will terminate your service on 31 Aug.
Please make sure to use up all your remaining credits before the termination date or it will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
You can reset your password and parental code by clicking "Forget password" at "Login" page. We will send you the reset password and parental code via SMS.
You can change your password or parental code at "My Account" after login.
Credit is used to rent the movies/programs marked "CREDIT" while each rental is valid for viewing within 48 hours upon order confirmed. You can see the credits required for renting a movie/program marked "CREDIT" on each detail page. 1 credit equals to HK$1.00.
You can join free for a month to get credits within the free trial period. Or you can purchase credits by each rent instantly.
Voucher is applicable to customers subscribed via 1010 , 3HK, 3BB, csl or China Unicom only. Voucher is used to rent the movies/programs marked with "VOUCHER" while each rental is valid for viewing within 48 hours upon order confirmed. You can see the movie voucher required for renting a movie/program marked with "VOUCHER" at the movie detail page.
For "VIP UNLIMITED"movie/program, you can tap and watch unlimitedly during the service cycle. For "CREDIT" movie/program, you can watch, unlimitedly without extra charge, the rented movie/program within 48 hours once you confirmed the order. You will see how many hours left for the rented movie at the movie/program detail page.
Subscribers of "Join Free for a Month" or designated monthly plan can tap and watch this kind of movie/program unlimited during the service cycle. Subscribers can play this kind of movie/program without deducting credits/movie vouchers.

We pull your favorite movies/programs to "recommended" according to your movie preference setting and viewing history.
Yes, you can rate or comment any movies/programs whenever you login the service. Cutomers need to enter valid email address to your profile overview before you start to comment.
